If you think your only option for living Downtown consists of high-rise towers with hundreds of units, rowdy neighbors, strict rules, treacherous parking garages, and outrageous fees, then rest assured… there is another option! The Osceola Brownstones consist of 26, 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouses along Osceola Avenue between Jackson Street and South Street. Star Tower – Review
If you’re familiar with Downtown Orlando, then you’re well-aware that the Star Tower Condominium is at the top of the list for high-class residences in the area. Developer, Steve Kodsi, took what he learned from his experience developing the neighboring condo, The Sanctuary, and applied it to the Star Tower. The Sanctuary Downtown – Review
Of all the high-rise buildings in downtown Orlando, The Sanctuary has earned a reputation for being the most prestigious residence. Home to several Orlando Magic players and wealthy entrepreneurs, this building’s exclusivity attracts a very elite demographic.
Having lived in downtown Orlando for nearly 6 years, I’ve often wondered what it would be like to live in the 18-story building that occupies the corner of Eola Drive and Pine Street. That’s why I didn’t hesitate when I was offered the opportunity to take a tour of the condominium and several of its units. Read more
